The Certificate in Restaurant Management provides individuals with a strong foundation of knowledge in managing a food service operation. The required courses focus on food safety, restaurant management, purchasing, human resource management and controlling food service costs.
In addition to online coursework, students participate in a practicum that offers hands-on experience at a location chosen in collaboration with faculty.

In accordance with the National Restaurant Association, we are able to offer the Principles of Restaurant Management and the ServSafe Food Protection Manager training and examination proctoring at the 缅北强奸.
Through the guidance of a Registered Instructor/Proctor for the Principles of Restaurant Management, Certified ServSafe Instructor and Registered ServSafe Proctor, you will receive training via asynchronous online lectures. Examination proctoring will occur in person at the 缅北强奸.
By successfully passing the exams, you will earn the Restaurant Management Professional (RMP) credential and the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certificate that are recognized nationally in the United States.
Students must achieve a grade of "C" or better in all required courses.
NUTR 492 - Food Service Operations Management and NUTR 427 - Food Service Operations Administration are completely online courses. However, both courses require a one-time, in-person, proctored exam.
