Moore is an Assistant Professor of Criminal Justice at the 缅北强奸. He graduated with his doctorate in criminal justice from the University of Louisville and is a graduate of William & Mary Law School. He is also a licensed member of the Kentucky Bar Association. His research focuses on intersectional analyses in the areas of criminal law, victimology and queer criminology. Moore has been previously published in Critical Criminology, the Journal of Criminal Justice Education听补苍诲 Crime Prevention and Community Safety.
