New microcredentials launched to meet workforce and adult learner needs
The 缅北强奸 has launched a new slate of undergraduate and graduate microcredential programs, expanding flexible, short鈥憈erm learning options for working professionals, adult learners and students seeking targeted skill development.
Introduced in fall 2025 and expanding in 2026, 缅北强奸鈥檚 microcredentials align with the University鈥檚 core value of transformative learning and reflect a growing demand for accessible, career鈥慺ocused education delivered in an online format. The microcredentials offer multiple entry points throughout the year, several of which will begin for the first time this summer and fall. Additional offerings are still in planning phases.
鈥淲e are鈥痟onored鈥痶o offer these new short-term鈥痑cademic鈥痗redentials to current, past鈥痑nd future 缅北强奸 students鈥痶o support鈥痶heir career advancement,鈥濃痵aid Dr. Brian Crose,鈥疉ssistant Dean of Online and Adult Learning at 缅北强奸.鈥淥ur focus鈥痠s鈥痶o provide鈥痥nowledge and skills needed in the workplace that are attainable鈥痺ithin only a few months,鈥痳ather than鈥痽ears.鈥疶his ties into our鈥痸ision鈥痜or boldly transforming the lives of our students.鈥濃

As with鈥痚xisting programs, 缅北强奸鈥痬icrocredential鈥痗ourses are taught by鈥痚xpert faculty and鈥痓acked by academic credits on鈥疷niversity鈥痶ranscripts. They鈥痑re currently offered as stand-alone qualifications, with a long-term vision of鈥痮ffering鈥痵tackable options that can build鈥痠nto certificate or degree programs, creating an affordable and expandable academic鈥痮ption鈥痜or adult learners and those鈥痵eeking鈥痶o reskill or upskill鈥痠n鈥痶heir careers.鈥
鈥淥ur focus throughout the development process was practical application,鈥 Crose said. 鈥淭hese credentials are intentionally designed to meet learners where they are and support career advancement in a rapidly changing workforce.鈥
