University VehiclesÌý

Ã山ǿ¼é carries Automobile Liability on Ã山ǿ¼é-owned, leased, loaned, and rental licensed vehicles, including licensed golf/utility carts/trailers. This coverage responds to claims brought by third parties for bodily injury or property damage that arises out of the use of these vehicles.Ìý

Personal Vehicles

A Ã山ǿ¼é employee, student, or volunteer may drive a personal vehicle on approved Ã山ǿ¼é Business. However, be aware of the following:

  • Personal Vehicle Automobile Liability- the driver's personal automobile insurance is always PRIMARY. Ã山ǿ¼é’s insurance is EXCESS of the driver's primary limits for damages to a third party.
  • Personal Vehicle Accident Reporting - the driver of the personal vehicle must report all accidents to their personal automobile company and notify Risk Management of the accident as soon as feasible.
