听To prepare for the blood drive:听听
- Get a good night's sleep the night before your donation.听听
- Eat healthy foods and drink extra liquids.听听
- Bring your donor card, driver's听license听or two other forms of identification.听听
- Bring a list of听prescription听and over-the-counter medications听you're听taking.听听
- Wear a shirt with听sleeves听that you can roll up above your elbows.听听
- Ask a friend to donate at the same time. You can support each other and do twice as听much good!听
