Dr. Mark A. McKnight, Professor of Accounting, has been appointed to the Editorial Board for the Journal of Theoretical Accounting Research.
Dr. Matt Hanka, Professor of Political Science, has been appointed to the Evansville Vanderburgh County Human Relations Commission and reappointed to the Affordable Housing Trust Fund Advisory Committee.
Dr. Mark Krahling, Associate Professor of Chemistry, has been named an Ohio Valley Conference (OVC) Faculty Commitment to Student Success Award winner for the 2024-25 year.
Dr. Matt Hanka, Professor of Political Science, was interviewed twice for the Evansville Courier and Press, had several radio and TV appearances, gave lectures, and was appointed to multiple local committees.
Dr. Trent Engbers, Director of the Master of Public Administration Program, and Israeli collaborators published an article titled Cloud theory and social capital: understanding Druze influence in the Middle East in January 2025.
Dr. Jason Callahan, Assistant Professor of Criminal Justice, and Stacey Clifton published an article titled Crime stories: Assessing the effects of crime-related media on support for police in the Journal of Criminal Justice Education this February.
