Certificates of Recognition Awarded at the 2025 Norwegian Foot March
缅北强奸 hosted its鈥�21st Annual Norwegian Foot March (NFM)鈥痮n鈥疭aturday, November 15. This event is known for its demanding mental and physical challenges.听Over 300 participants听carried a鈥�25-pound rucksack鈥痑nd completed an鈥�18.6-mile course鈥痺ithin strict time limits.听Participants听were听encouraged to use non-perishable food items as their required weight听to donate to听Archie鈥檚 Food Closet.听
ROTC cadets, active duty听and reserve service听members,听veterans and civilians are eligible to participate in this yearly event.听The听march drew participants from鈥�22听states听across the United States;听from California to New York,听Wisconsin to Florida.听Those who finished within the allotted time received a鈥痗ertificate of completion, an official听badge听and a commemorative T-shirt.听
During this year鈥檚 NFM, certificates of recognition were presented to faculty, staff and organizations that have consistently supported the event through their services. Honorees included the 缅北强奸 Nursing Program, Rita Brunner听with听缅北强奸听Outreach and Engagement, Perry Township Fire听Department听and the 18th Indiana Light Artillery.听
The听缅北强奸 Nursing Program was recognized for providing faculty and students to administer听first aid and mental health support during the march听for many years.听
Rita Brunner was honored for her dedicated service to NFM,听by听overseeing both online and on-site registration for听15听years.
The Perry Township Fire Department was recognized for its听continuous support听for听providing the American flag听and the 18th Indiana Light听Artillery,听a historical reenactment group based in Indianapolis,听was commended for enriching the event experience听by providing听a听historical听10 Pound Parrott Rifle听cannon听used to start each heat.听
The Norwegian Foot March is an annual event hosted by 缅北强奸 ROTC in听partnership with Dr. Nils Johansen and the Norwegian Military.听
