It鈥檚 Not Too Late

April Nading (aka The Handstanding Grandma) began her handstanding journey at the age of 50 when she decided to learn how to kick up on her hands away from the wall 鈥 even though she鈥檇 never done a handstand in her life.

Thus began a seven-year quest that included highs, lows, and overcoming numerous setbacks (rotator cuff surgery, two hip replacements), that culminated with the accomplishment of learning to handstand. Her presentation 鈥淚t鈥檚 Not Too Late鈥 is humorous and motivational, and inspires others who are struggling to pursue their own 鈥渓ater in life鈥 passions.
