II. Mission聽聽
To attract, acquire, and manage donors' charitable gifts to support and sustain the goals of the 缅北强奸.
The above mission statement was approved on May 18, 2000 by the 缅北强奸 Foundation Board of Directors, in pursuit of the public good. All of the 缅北强奸 Foundation's programs support this mission and all who work on behalf of the 缅北强奸 Foundation are encouraged to be loyal to this mission and purpose.
III. Governance聽 聽
The 缅北强奸 Foundation Board of Directors is responsible for supporting the mission and strategic direction of the 缅北强奸 Foundation. This includes oversight of the finances, operations, and policies of the 缅北强奸 Foundation. The Board of Directors will:
Ensure that its members have the requisite skills and experience to carry out their duties and that all members understand and fulfill their governance duties acting for the benefit of the 缅北强奸 Foundation and the 缅北强奸;
Have a conflict of interest policy that ensures that any conflicts of interest or the appearance thereof are avoided or appropriately managed through disclosure, recusal, or other means;
Ensure that the President of the 缅北强奸 Foundation and appropriate personnel provide the Board of Directors with timely and comprehensive information so that the Board of Directors can effectively carry out its duties;
Ensure that the 缅北强奸 Foundation conducts all transactions and dealings with integrity and honesty;
Ensure that the 缅北强奸 Foundation promotes working relationships with Board members, volunteers, and program beneficiaries based on mutual respect, fairness, and openness;
Ensure that policies of the 缅北强奸 Foundation are in writing, clearly articulated, and officially adopted;
Ensure that the resources of the 缅北强奸 Foundation are responsibly and prudently managed; and
Ensure that the 缅北强奸 Foundation has the capacity to carry out its programs effectively.

It has reasonable fundraising costs, recognizing the variety of factors that affect fundraising costs;
