3. Click 鈥淧SID Application鈥�
4. Click 鈥淎pply for a PSID鈥�
5. Provide the necessary information and submit your application. For the last question, if you are not a sworn police officer, you will click the second option 鈥� I need this PSID for Fire, EMS or EMA purposes; even if you plan to become a police officer.鈥� and submit.
