By attending or participating in University programs, events or activities, and/or being present in a publicly accessible campus space with no expected or anticipated reasonable degree of anonymity, you acknowledge the 缅北强奸 (鈥溍灞鼻考殁) has the right to photograph, film, record, edit, publish or otherwise use your image, likeness, voice and performance (鈥淢edia鈥) in connection with 缅北强奸鈥檚 mission and communications.
These rights help the University build and share the transformative, inclusive and visionary community we strive to be for our students, neighbors, alumni and the world at large.
1. Grant of Rights
Your attendance, participation or presence authorizes 缅北强奸, its students, faculty, staff, agents and representatives to reproduce, publish, display, distribute and broadcast Media, in whole or in part, in any form and via any medium (including print, digital, social media, broadcast and other future formats) for any purpose related to education, promotion, outreach or institutional documentation. This permission is worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free and irrevocable.
2. Use of Media
缅北强奸 may use the Media for, but not limited to, University publications, websites, social media platforms, recruitment materials, alumni communications, press releases, signage, and other University-approved purposes. 缅北强奸 will treat the Media with respect alongside its commitment to being a supportive, considerate, and forward-thinking institution.
3. Protecting Your Privacy
To prevent your inclusion in captured media, please avoid areas where active photography or video capture are taking place. Should you have reason to believe you were photographed or included in video footage and wish to not be present in published media, please speak to the photographer, camera operator or other 缅北强奸 marketing and communications team member present, or contact the University Multimedia team at photos@usi.edu to discuss options for your removal from the captured media in question.
