The Wall That Heals, Vietnam Veterans Memorial 

Dates: October 29 - November 1, 2026 

Deadline to volunteer is September 12!

缅北强奸 will be hosting , a three-quarter scale replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial, along with a mobile education center at the Broadway Recreational Complex on Broadway Avenue. The exhibit honors more than 3 million Americans who served in the U.S. armed forces in the Vietnam War. 

Volunteer Details: 

  • Must be age 18 or older.
  • Shifts are four hours in length and available during the day and overnight. 
  • Nonprofit event organizer, Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund, is asking for 200 volunteers from the community.

缅北强奸 Wellness Fair, September 23, 2026

Time: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Location: Carter Hall, University Center West

The 缅北强奸 Wellness Committee is seeking volunteers to help with this year's Wellness Fair. Volunteers are needed throughout the event, and any amount of time is greatly appreciated. The fair will bring together vendors from across the Tri-State area, all in the name of wellness.

Volunteers will have the opportunity to connect with colleagues, meet community partners and learn about wellness resources available in our area.




Fall 2026 Internship & Career Fair, hosted by the Career Success Center

Date: September 24, 2026

Event Time: 2 to 5 p.m.

Location: Liberty Arena

Volunteer Opportunity: 缅北强奸 students will have the opportunity to meet potential employers, connect about internships and network with business leaders in the community. Volunteer shifts will include greeting, student check-in, line control, name tag management, employer check-in (includes helping employers carry supplies) and more.

Shifts begin at 11 a.m. and will end at 6 p.m.

Shifts will be available in one or two-hour increments. Those interested in helping longer can sign up for multiple shifts.

缅北强奸's Performance Center - Ushers needed for production of First Daughter Suite

Performances: September 24, 25, 26, and 27

Volunteers needed Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 6 p.m. to help seat guests. The evening shows begin at 7 p.m. Volunteers are asked to stay through intermission.

Sunday volunteers needed at 1 p.m. to help seat guests. The afternoon show begins at 2 p.m. Volunteers are asked to stay through intermission.

Varsity Club Fall Festival Booth, October 5 - 10

Location: West Side Nut Club Fall Festival Booth 107 on Franklin St., will serve ribeye and porkchop sandwiches 

Help the Varsity Club raise funds to support the Department of Athletics and Screaming Eagles student-athletes. Contributions support academic and athletic careers through scholarship, leadership development, annual athletic budget needs, facility improvements and sport-specific initiatives, so that 缅北强奸 student-athletes succeed in the classroom and in competition. 


Community Opportunities

Evansville Raptor Con Volunteer Opportunities: 

Dates: September 12 -13 - Be a part of Evansville's pop culture and geek con. Volunteers receive FREE admission to the event where you can explore comics, cosplay, celebrity panels, artists, video games, anime/manga and plenty of exciting vendors.

A variety of volunteer opportunities are available, ranging from event setup and registration assistance to guest services, activities, panel support, vendor assistance and convention teardown.

Volunteers can choose opportunities that best match their interests, abilities and availability. Some assignments are as simple as sitting at a table to check wristbands, greet attendees, or direct visitors, while others provide hands-on event management experience. Volunteers may participate for as long as they would like.

Historic New Harmony

缅北强奸 Freshmen Field Day at New Harmony

Date: September 15, 2026

Volunteer Opportunity: Volunteers will provide information to students at a designated historic site. Written information on each historic site will be given to the volunteer upon arrival. Encourage freshmen to explore and ask questions.  

Shift 1:  9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. 

Shift 2:  1 to 5:30 p.m. 

Both shifts will receive a lunch voucher to use at a food truck located in Church Park.

Atheneum Visitors Center greeters

Maximillian Bodmer Exhibition volunteers

Historic New Harmony needs help staffing the museum. They haven鈥檛 been able to keep regular hours due to limited staff. This would be a great alumni or student opportunity for those who studied art or history.

缅北强奸 Maximillian Bodmer Exhibition in New Harmony: The exhibit showcases works from Karl Bodmer, a Swiss artist who accompanied German explorer Alexander Philip Maximilian, Prince of Weid, in 1832-1834. They had an extended stay in New Harmony and then traveled the Missouri River to present-day Montana, documenting the American landscape and Indigenous peoples. 


Chef Revival Ministries at The Dream Center:

Ongoing help is needed to prepare and package meals in the Dream Center's commissary kitchen for underserved individuals in the Jacobsville and Jimtown neighborhoods in Evansville.

Two separate programs are available to help K - 5th grade students grow, learn and thrive - academically, socially and spiritually.

Scholars Academy Classroom Support
