The Bursar's Office is available to assist you at the cashier windows Monday through Friday from 8:15 am to 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm to 4:00 pm.听 For an appointment, please email the Bursar's Office at bursar@usi.edu. Appointments are not required for transactions at the cashier windows.
The Bursar's Office will be closed on December 17 from 11:30 am to 4:30 pm.
The University will be closed for winter break from December 23 through January 4. Any payments mailed during this time will be posted on January 5 and will reflect on the 2026 tax statement. If you would like to receive credit for your payment on the 2025 tax statement, you must make your payment online.
The Bursar's Office will also close on January 7 from 8:00 am to 11:00 am for the University meeting.
Fall 2025 student account balances must be paid in full. Students with unpaid balances will have a hold placed on their account, which will prevent registration for future classes.听If you are graduating this December, please check your student account balance and make sure your mailing address is up to date for your 1098-T tax form.
Spring 2026 tuition due date is January 12, 2026. You must be paid in full, have adequate financial aid, or enrolled in a payment plan by the due date. We offer different payment plans that are interest free and there is no fee to enroll. To enroll, log into My缅北强奸 and click on the TouchNet link.
