Information for Students

Many 缅北强奸 students receive scholarships from sources outside the University. You may be coming to 缅北强奸 with a scholarship from a civic organization, a private foundation, your church, or other non-profit organizations. If so, we can help you and your donor ensure the funds are properly awarded.聽

1. Make sure your donor has the information they need.聽

Some donors require proof of enrollment. You may access your schedule through and the Self-Service app or complete the Enrollment Verification Form through the Registrar's Office.聽

Often times, donors request an itemized billing statement. You may create an on-demand billing statement by logging into and the TouchNet app.

2. Submit your awards in My缅北强奸

The Student Financial Assistance (SFA) Office encourages students to submit their external scholarship awards in their Self-Service app. Under Students, select the Financial Aid tab and then Offers.聽

3. Send check to the 缅北强奸 Bursar's Office

Some donors will mail the scholarship check to you. If you receive a scholarship check that is made payable to 缅北强奸, please send the check to the 缅北强奸 Bursar's Office. Our office is located in the lower level of the Orr Center. Or you can mail it to:

Information for donors

We greatly appreciate the generosity of those who contribute to our students' education. To ensure funds are awarded appropriately, please provide the following information when sending your scholarship check.

1. Student information

Please be sure to provide the student's full name and student id number. Students receive their id number at the time they are admitted. The id number should be nine digits.聽

2. Award Guidelines

Please let us know any requirements, restrictions, or term specific information for your scholarship. The 缅北强奸 Student Financial Assistance (SFA) Office will automatically split awards over $300.00 between the fall and spring semester unless you specify to award a specific semester. Financial assistance is awarded within federal, state, and institutional guidelines, but also in the best interest of the student. If your award may only be applied to specific items on the bill, please let us know. Lastly, if the award is nonrefundable to the student, please provide that information to us.聽

3. Deadlines

Scholarships are intended to recognize a student's academic efforts as well as to help alleviate the financial burden for a student and their family. By sending the funds early, we are able to apply the funds in a timely fashion before the payment due date. Below are the priority dates for the 2025-2026 academic year.

Fall 2025: August 1
Spring 2026: December 15
Summer 2026: May 1
