When paying with a 529 college savings plan, there are several options. Your financial advisor or a client representative from your college savings plan can advise you best on how to withdraw funds.
The quickest and most convenient option is an electronic ACH transfer. Many 529 plans offer this feature. When withdrawing funds, check with your college savings plan to see if this option is available. Fees may apply.
If electronic transfer isn鈥檛 an option, your plan can mail a check directly to us. Be sure to include the student鈥檚 name and ID number so we can apply the payment correctly.
