For decades, Historic New Harmony has been inviting elementary school students to experience what life was like in early 1800s New Harmony. Students spend a day learning 19th-century history by watching historic interpreters demonstrate trades, crafts and skills that kept the community running. These demonstrations show how blacksmiths, weavers and other artisans did work that was essential to sustaining the town during New Harmony's early years.听
Rain or Shine Policy: Heritage Artisans Days will happen rain or shine; there will be no refunds for cancellations. Please have students bring appropriate clothing for weather.
