- View the Call for Proposals for instructions, proposal guidelines, and review rubric.
- Decide on the type of work: Teaching Practice or Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL)/Scholarly Inquiry
- Choose the preferred presentation format: Lightning Presentation, Standard Presentation, or Poster Discussion (or no preference)
- View a Preview of the Proposal Submission form
- Submit your presentation proposal and abstract by the due date.

- Submit proposals to present by Monday, December 15 (due date extended)
- Notification sent for regular proposals: Tuesday, January 13
- Registration opens (free): Wednesday, January 7
- Confirm intent to present: Tuesday, January 20
- Revised abstracts due: Friday, January 30
- Symposium program available: late January
- Upload presentation files: Monday, February 23
- Symposium: Tuesday, February 24
