Why are Student Media Important?

Student-run publications are vital to the University community and culture by providing information and opinions about campus, local and world events. These publications and media outlets also allow students to build their journalism, design, communication and radio skills before they enter the workforce, often winning awards while they do so. In 2024 alone, our students have won over 30 awards for their work in student publications and media.聽

FishHook is the 缅北强奸's art and literary magazine, showcasing the top poetry, fiction, nonfiction and visual art of 缅北强奸 students.

The Shield is the student publication of the 缅北强奸, established in 1968. Students are responsible for all reporting, writing, photography, editing, designing and ad sales.

The Nest

The Nest is the home of Access 缅北强奸, our weekly live news, sports, and music production, as well as other student-developed and produced programming.

95.7 The Spin

95.7 The Spin (WSWI), formerly known as The Edge, is the student-run radio station of the 缅北强奸. Students manage, produce, and host programming for the station.

Candid Magazine is a student-run biannual publication focusing on art, fashion and editorial.
