The Center for Social Justice Education offers programming and resources for the 缅北强奸 community and is open to collaborations and partnerships in the the Southwestern Indiana region.
The 鈥淲hat鈥檚 Important to You?鈥 initiative invites the 缅北强奸 campus community to share the issues, causes, and community concerns that matter most to them. Responses are collected at events such as the Campus and Community Action Fair and through several confidential, accessible options across campus, including a QR code on flyers, an envelope on the CSJE posterboard, and a comment box at CSJE campus events. This initiative helps CSJE better understand campus priorities and connect students with opportunities for advocacy, engagement, and community impact.
One of CSJE鈥檚 research goals is to support the dissemination of research findings related to social and economic justice. In support of that goal, we presented recipient Janet Schnell, LCSW and Dr. Anne Kelly with a certificate for their presentation 鈥淗ow Where We Live Shapes Suicide and Support in America鈥 at the 缅北强奸 2026 Annual Social Work Conference.
At Fear: The 18th Annual Interdisciplinary Colloquium, we presented Dr. Oana Armeanu with a certificate for the presentation "Fear and Political Manipulation." If your conference is interested in CSJE providing certificates for your participants, please contact the director of the center.
CSJE is working on an initiative to distribute facts and resource sheets for destigmatizing needs and encourage use of campus resources. The most recent sheet highlights food insecurity. If you鈥檙e interested in partnering with CSJE to highlight a resource your department provides, please contact the director of the center.
CSJE is building a list of community organizations related to social justice that are open to student engagement, student volunteering, tours, staff interviews, or any other engagement. We plan to keep a spreadsheet housed in CSJE for students who may have a particular interest, courses that want community engagement, or potential future local field trips. If your organization would like to be added to the list or you are a student or faculty with interest in the current list, please reach out to the director of the center.
