Scaled-down reconstruction of a Harmonist garden

The Lenz Garden is a scaled-down reconstruction of a Harmonist garden, which would have included dirt paths with flowers, vegetables, fruit trees and herbs. These household gardens were essential to daily life in the Harmonist community, providing food, medicine, natural dyes and beauty.

Access: Garden is open from dawn to dusk. This garden serves as both an exhibit and a supply of produce and natural dyes used by people in the community. Help us protect the plants by looking without touching. No stepping in the garden plots, no picking produce or damaging the branches.聽
