All abstracts must be submitted beforeÌýOctober 1stÌýby 11:59 pm (CST).Ìý

You can co-author two (or more) different abstracts/studies, but they all must be different studies/topics. For example, you cannot submit the same abstract/topic for oral AND poster presentations.ÌýÌý

Absolutely! Any undergraduate student can attend and present at the conference.Ìý

The conference begins at 1 pm and ends at ~5 pm on Friday during the first week in November.Ìý

Approximately 5 days before the conference.Ìý

Refreshments and light snacks will be available.Ìý

Yes, a computer and a projector will be available.Ìý

All presenters should arrive ~12:45 pm (CST) to upload their presentations and hang their posters.Ìý

Visitors may park in any campus parking lot not designated by signage as reserved.Ìý

Everyone! Students, faculty, researchers, and community members are all invited to learn about undergraduate research and support presenters.Ìý

You will receive an email confirming your acceptance and registration with all the details (e.g., registration, presentation time & format, etc.).ÌýÌý

You will have a maximum of 15 minutes for your oral presentation.Ìý

Individuals can submit their abstracts for oral and poster presentations.Ìý

The Ã山ǿ¼é is located at 8600 University Blvd, Evansville, IN 47712, on Highway 62 (the Lloyd Expressway) west of Evansville and east of Mt. Vernon, Indiana. Visitors enter campus via an overpass off Highway 62.ÌýThe campus is accessible from Interstate 64 and U.S. 41. From Interstate 64, take the U.S. 41 south exit to Evansville. At the Lloyd Expressway exit, go west off U.S. 41. Continue west on the Lloyd Expressway (approximately 8 miles) to campus. Watch for signs to Ã山ǿ¼é.Ìý
