Mail and Packages

Mail and Package Services

The Package Hub is located in the Residence Life Resource Center and is only accessible from entrance at the back of the building.

  • Two 15 minute parking spaces located at the front of the building and a few spaces in the back.
  • Please do not park in the loading zones as these are for the delivery carriers. 

USPS mail and packages from all carriers (FedEx, USPS, DHL, and UPS) are received by Housing and Residence Life. Students will be sent an email to their 缅北强奸 account indicating they have mail or a package.聽

IMPORTANT: The USPS and shipping carriers do not make mail or package deliveries on holidays or when the University is closed. Mail and packages will be delivered the next business day.

Outgoing Mail

  • Residents may drop off outgoing letter mail that has the proper postage.
  • HRL cannot accept packages to be returned or mailed. Residents will need to send packages out from a carrier location such as UPS or USPS.

Important Addressing Guidelines

  • Always use the resident鈥檚 legal first and last name.
  • If a student prefers a different first name, they should update it in my缅北强奸.
  • This helps prevent mail from being delayed or returned.

Incorrect, incomplete or missing names may result in:

  • Delivery delays
  • Items being returned to the sender

Do Not Use This Address For

This mailing address should not be used for:

  • Food delivery (fast food, restaurant orders)
  • Grocery delivery
  • These deliveries should go directly to the resident鈥檚 apartment or residence hall address.
  • Residents must be present to receive these items.

Refrigerated Delivery Notice

If you receive items that require refrigeration (such as meal kits or medications):

  • Housing and Residence Life (HRL) will contact you immediately.
  • The package will be logged in the system.
  • HRL does not have long-term refrigerated storage.

Plan ahead and pick up your package as soon as you are notified.

What is my physical address?

Residents sometimes need the physical street address for their apartment or residence hall for the following:

  • Parking permit
  • Emergency purposes
  • Food deliveries
  • Family and friends can enter the address into their GPS system when coming for a visit

Residents should not use the physical address for letters or packages.

Package lockers in the Package Hub.
Student packages are logged into the package lockers for pickup.

What happens to my mail and packages when I move out?

  • Housing and Residence Life will not hold or forward mail.
  • The USPS considers a campus address as temporary and will not forward mail.
  • Residents will need to notify family, friends and businesses of their address change.

How to get your mail and packages

The Package Hub is located in the Residence Life Resource Center and is only accessible from entrance at the back of the building.

  • Two 15 minute parking spaces located at the front of the building and a few spaces in the back.
  • Please do not park in the loading zones as these are for the delivery carriers. 

Before You Pick Up

  • Wait until you receive an email from Housing and Residence Life (HRL).
  • Packages are not immediately available upon delivery.
    • HRL processes a high volume of deliveries each day.

What to Bring

Residents must bring their:

  • 缅北强奸 Eagle Access Card: This is required to pick up all mail and packages.

Pickup Timeline

  • Packages and mail must be picked up within 4 days.
  • After 4 days:
    • Items will be returned to sender.
