Call for Proposals
Deadline for Submission: October 31, 2025

The Social Work Department at the Ã山ǿ¼é is proud to host the 24th Annual Social Work Conference to be held Friday, March 6, 2026. The conference committee seeks proposals for 1-hour social work related presentations. The conference committee is excited to invite abstracts for presentations on a variety of topics due to the diverse social work experiences of conference attendees. Presentation topics can be academic, practice, or policy in nature. Proposals are peer-reviewed, and decisions will be made by November 10, 2025.

ÌýProposal format:

  • Title: 12 words maximum
  • Learning Objectives: 3-5
  • Abstract: Describe your presentation and content; no longer than 250 words.
  • Audiovisual needs:
  • Brief presenter bio for the program
