By the end of Level I, participants will be able to:

• Recognize the value of creativity and its relationship to individual, team and organizational effectiveness
• Display tolerance for ambiguity and unstructured problems
• Demonstrate receptiveness to the ideas of others and appreciation for varied perspectives and problem solving styles
• Identify the steps in the Simplex process and the skills used by facilitators and participants to effectively navigate each step
• Apply the Simplex skills and processes to a situation and work with a team听to identify an innovative solution

By the end of Level II, participants will be able to:

• Find and solve real fuzzy situations using the Simplex skills and process
• Coach and facilitate small groups, teams and individuals through the Simplex process
• Conduct a pre-consultation to plan an effective meeting
• Facilitate a problem-solving meeting to clearly define problems, produce innovative ideas, develop a clear action plan and create a strategy for gaining acceptance
• Debrief a meeting to help participants learn how to improve future meetings
