Healthcare is constantly evolving. Your research and innovative education strategies can help share best practices, improve patient and student outcomes, and influence policy. The Center for Health Professions Lifelong Learning invites you to submit an abstract in the areas of research, evidence-based practice, & performance improvement in healthcare issues, or healthcare education. Accepted abstracts will be disseminated as a voice recorded poster presentation and will be available for viewing for up to one year.

  • All abstracts must be submitted by email.
  • Abstracts must be in English and free of grammatical errors.
  • The abstract text must contain no more than 300 words. Subheadings are not included in the word count.
  • Abstracts will be reviewed and selected through a blind review process.
  • The first author will be notified of acceptance by email. Correspondence will only be sent to the first author listed.
  • Poster presenters are responsible for creating their virtual poster on a PowerPoint slide.

General Submission Guidelines

Three types of abstracts are invited for submission:

  1. Abstracts of Education Research.
    Research is the systematic collection of information to generate new knowledge.
  2. Abstracts of Evidenced-Based Teaching.
    Evidence-based teaching is the conscientious integration of best teaching principles evidence with academic expertise and student-centered delivery of quality healthcare education.
  3. Abstracts of Teaching Environment Quality Improvement.
    Teaching environment is a continuous and ongoing effort to achieve measurable improvement in the efficiency, effectiveness, and performance to achieve quality education environments.

Abstracts are accepted each year in April and May.

  3. Abstracts of Performance Improvement in Healthcare Issues.
    Performance improvement is a continuous and ongoing effort to achieve measurable improvement in the efficiency, effectiveness, and performance to achieve quality outcomes.

Abstracts are accepted each year in March and October.

Accreditation Statements

In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned and implemented by the 缅北强奸 Center for Health Professions Lifelong Learning (CHPLL). The CHPLL is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), and the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.

State of Indiana

The 缅北强奸 is an approved provider of continuing education for several professionals licensed in the state of Indiana, including social workers, marriage and family therapists, psychologists, occupational therapists, occupational therapy assistants, mental health counselors, and dental professionals.
