The undergraduate Administrator-in-Training (AIT) experience will complete the necessary requirements for eligibility for Health Facility Administrator licensure in Indiana. This hands-on opportunity consists of 12 credits or 1,040 hours of practical experience in an 缅北强奸-approved long-term care facility in Indiana over the final two semesters, along with 缅北强奸 faculty-led licensure examination preparation.
The students will be applying and demonstrating learned knowledge to actual post-acute care situations in the healthcare industry with AIT Preceptor guidance. There will be between 1-3 review cycles annually for the program.
Upon completion of the AIT experience, undergraduate students qualify to sit for the Indiana State Board of Health Facilities Administration (HFA) and the National Association of Long-Term Care Administrator Boards (NAB) licensing exams.
Successful completion of GERO 425: Health Facilities Administration with a grade of C or better. The pre-reqs for this course are HP 211, GERO 215 and PH 284.
